Privacy & safety answers
A new Privacy, Safety & Security Centre brings account security, data privacy, company access and meeting safety into one readable place. It connects the existing Privacy Policy, Safety Centre, Terms, Community Guidelines and Delete Account instructions rather than replacing them.
The Centre names current limitations as well as protections. It does not make absolute security promises.
Faster website images
Marketing images now use smaller modern formats with compatible fallbacks. Each browser selects a format and size it can display.
The visible photograph remains the same while the transferred file can be substantially smaller. Responsive versions also reduce the chance that a small screen downloads an unnecessarily large image.
Clearer reporting guidance
The public guidance now states the current route accurately: AldSports does not yet provide in-app member or activity safety reporting.

How announcements work
A short banner may appear at the top of the website when a meaningful release needs attention. Dismissing a banner hides that release on the current browser without deleting this permanent entry.
Ordinary promotion will not displace urgent safety communication. Every banner links to a destination that explains what changed and where a person can act.
What comes next
Security and privacy review continues behind these visible changes. Future claims will be added only after the relevant protection and operating process are checked.
Planned work includes stronger account protection, clearer member controls and more consistent privacy checks. Planned work is not presented as a protection that already exists.
